PLEASE!!HELP!!!!need help!!!!!!!?

Well it really depends on alot of things like what are you using it for school,gaming, etc. Also what operating system you want to use as the Dell has Windows XP and the Acer has Windows 7. Looks to me from the specs that they have the same amount of memory and hard drive space. I would go with the Acer and you will enjoy Windows 7 I just got it recently and really like it. If you do get the Acer I would upgrade to the 2GB of memory for Windows 7 to run smoother. So its really up to you but from specs I would say the Acer is a better deal for the price. IMHO
