Why do people do this?

apparently my question was reported because i misspelled a word (sorry english is not my first language)...but it looks like i did not follow yahoo's guidelines because of it. what i don't understand is how come there are people out there that use profanity, labeling or links to get an opinion on their hair and makeup...how come they don't get reported? what about the people who continually report someone can not get reported because their actions are biased?
