What is a good Spanish appetizer?

I am going to a wine tasting on Saturday and the theme is Spanish reds. Haven't got a lot of time to cook, but I want to bring an appetizer along that theme. Something that could be made ahead would be best. Any ideas? (Also if you know of a good Spanish wine- please let me know!)
