Where could i buy a tutu in stores?

where could i buy one that's fluffy but not too fluffy. please don't say hot topic or a website because my dad wont bring me to the mall because he doesn't have time. i need it for ballet for next month so please help me! oh and the reason why i said not to fluffy cuz i don't wanna look like a fool.
