Why does Disney have to be so P.C.?
So, Disney has a new movie, The Princess and the Frog, with their first "African-American" princess. Huh? No offense to anyone, but if you're African-American, or any other kind of American, you can't be a princess. The thing about being African-American is that you're an AMERICAN, and here in America, we do not have royalty, and therefore there are no princesses. I have no problem at all if they want to have a black princess in Africa or some country that has royalty. No one ever said Cinderella or Snow White were from America, and Ariel damn sure isn't... she lives under water. Pocahontas may be from this land, but she was an Indian, and yeah, they had princesses. When did we start having princesses in America? This type of ridiculous political correctness really needs to stop. Why does Disney have to worry about being so damned politically correct?
