Is the new TPG yuan fund open to public? What other US-based yuan funds are available to individual investors?

I am reading news coverage about TPG (formerly Texas Pacific Group) being a leading player in the yuan fund market. But TPG funds are private equity funds that don't seem to be open to the public. I'm looking for a US-based yuan fund to invest. What are my options?
