Enfield - Chiming Wrong?

I can't get the minute hand to match the chimes - The clock either chimes at five minutes to the hour or ten minutes past the hour (hours or quaters), because the shaft is square it's not just case of taking the hands off and moving them. I have no history of the clock it has just been given to me in the last week and now it want to play with it! Thanks in advance
