Does this mean he's still in love with me?

So I have an ex. He's my 1st real love. Went out 4 mths & he called it quits. Honestly can't remember what happened, been 11 yrs. Got in contact 3 yrs after brake up & went to lunch but got feeling he wasn't into me so moved on dating someone else. Bumped into each other a couple yrs later when I was engaged. Seemed really happy to see me but since I was w/ someone just said hi and lft. Bout yr ago found him thru mutual friend on myspace. Sent friends request & msg to drop me a line. He approved me but never replied. Lft couple of msgs thru the year saying hi. Then he deleted me from his friends. Sent msg asking what happened. He played it off sayin he was deleting those he didn't talk to much. Sent reply callin him out sayin its cause he wont talk to me but fine I can take a hint. He promptly wrote back saying it's kinda weird, we should talk, but don't have time to cross that bridge, maybe someday, wish the best for you, send another friends request to keep in touch. Opinions?
