Should I eat her tacos?

Okay, so I live with my boyfriend and his parents. His stepmom has two tacos from Taco Bell in the fridge. They've been there for almost two days and she's not gonna be home tonight. I don't want to ask her because she's a ***** and I try to avoid talking to her....should I just eat them. And if she asks me about them, what should my excuse be?
