Beagle problem/cat problem?!?

Use a spray water bottle or take a pop can and fill it with a handful of pennies. When you shake the can, the pennies will make a very distracting sound that most dogs don't like. Shake the can when you see the dog chasing it and most likely the noise will discourage this behavior after a few times.
