What countries today have the highest incidence of religious persecution?

Are there any countries where existing governments imprison or kill people solely because of their religious beliefs? I will define religion as one of the mainstream ones that believe in a diety or dieties, Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam, Taoism, Judaism.
