What is the name of the old cartoon movie that teaches children simple economics using a caveman?

We saw this movie in second or third grade, back around 1997. I think it was named Tok's Fwog or something, it was about a caveman that invents a special club to hit rocks with, and starts up a company to sell his clubs. I can't tell if I'm right, so please respond asap. Thanks
