Hm... i already tried to access the link you've given me but i found no trouble in doing so. Maybe it's just a matter of browser compatibility. What browser did you use? Sometimes, websites built with Apache language have problems when accessed using Firefox. Sometimes Netscape also can't accessed websites built using non-java compatible web sites. Since I'm not a web designer/programmer this is as far as I can help. Hoped you find it helpful though.
